Ad-hoc services


My ad-hoc support is ideal if you need flexible help as and when required.


Priced at
£35 per hour, you can book any number of hours that suit you and use them across any of the services listed below.


For example, you can mix diary management, customer support, obtaining testimonials, scheduling appointments or chasing invoices all within the same booking.


Please note: the first ad-hoc hour is payable in full prior to any work being carried out.

Monthly Support Packages


If you need regular, ongoing support, my monthly packages offer reliable help each month with guaranteed hours and consistent cover.


Starter – 5 hours per month
From £150 per month



Growth – 10 hours per month
From £300 per month


Support – 15 hours per month
From £450 per month


Full Support – 20 hours per month

From £600 per month





Diary Support




  • Scheduling meetings/appointments
  • Calendar reminders
  • Arrange travel

Email Support 



  • Checking emails twice a day in the morning and afternoon (excluding bank holidays)
  • Email detox  -  deleting spam, unsubscribing from newsletters/spam
  • Check priority emails
  • Flag important emails
  • Actioning emails as required
  • Create email folders
  • Send holding emails
  • Archiving old emails

* Please note that a large volume of emails may require an initial email detox before starting the regular email management package.





Invoice, Quote & Receipt Handling



  • Writing up and sending quotes
  • Sending out invoices
  • Compiling receipts
  • Chasing late invoices



Administration


  • Including, but not
  • Updating documents
  • Updating templates
  • Data entry
